I must say I have never in my life felt so supported as I did yesterday during our concern with Frodo's health. Thursday evening after work I noticed he was peeing blood - I called Brown and was told that while they were filled up with appointments Friday, just call when the Doc gets in and lets see what we can do. I was able to take Frodo in at 0900 but he was so nervous they couldn't get a sample by the time I left work at 4. The staff was extremely friendly and sent me home with a kit to collect at home. On my way to pick up my kids from school at 430 Frodo went in his kennel - I collected with the kit - got the kids - dropped off the sample - and 30 minutes later was coming home with antibiotics for a UTI. What a great and supportive team! I am so happy that they are caring for my kitties!

My Berndoodle had stomach surgery performed by Dr Gross. Everything was successful and the support staff was excellent. I have 3 dogs that need care from time to time. I do not hesitate to come to Brown Vet Clinic.
