I took my new truck to Brown's Automotive for it's first oil change. Ken was very helpful in making sure they selected the right parts per the manufacturer's specifications, and they maintain records of my vehicle and the services they perform on it. I got in and out promptly, and they charged less than the quick lube guys!

I will continue to use Brown's for the life of my vehicle.

Have been taking my vehicles to Browns Automotive for about six years. Ken Brown oversee all repairs. If problems occur during routine maintenance he will personally call to explain findings and recommended fixes. Have never been over charged or disappointed with quality of service provided. Recently he went the extra mile in dealing with emmisions issue that helped with emmisions center compliance, his effort saved me hours of dealing with the buracracy.

Wow! Who knew that taking my car to the shop could be so stress free? Previously, I'd always taken my car to the dealership because it was still under warranty and I dreaded every experience. Most of the people I dealt with were unpleasant to the point of being rude and instead of working with me, they just made me feel terrible for any services I didn't accept. Everyone at Brown's Automotive, especially Ken, was incredibly kind and helpful. They want above and beyond for me and never made it feel like a burden for them. Their prices were reasonable and they took the time to explain everything my car needed and why, instead of just throwing a number at me and expecting blind trust. I highly recommend them for any services your car may need, they're awesome!
