thank you for review. i am always interested in hearing negative feedback, that is how we know where we need to improve. first i realize my practice is a very busy office and it has certainly grown over the years. that can only mean that we have long lasting patients who are happy and refer their friends and family. when you are in the chair receiving treatment you are the most important patient and every effort is maintained to deliver long lasting excellent esthetic dentistry. as far as deep cleanings you are grossly mistaken. the only patients that need and receive this treatment is documented by the periodontal health which includes a full mouth pocket probing to support this treatment.

i certainly apologize. emergencies and unforeseen complications are always going to be part of a dental practice. if you were in the chair receiving work and for whatever reason needed more time, the patient waiting would also have to be understanding that there appointment would be delayed. every effort is made to tell patients before their appointment if the office is running on a timely basis.
