Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by staff and provided with the necessary forms to fill out. The waiting room was clean and orderly. The treatment rooms were well appointed with new equipment and the hygienist was friendly. Dr. Brunson listened attentively to my concerns and explained my treatment options, as well as possible insurance coverages (or lack thereof, due to my timing on replacement of a recently damaged crown). HIs explaination was clear and to the point.
The only (mildly) negative aspect to my visit was the presence of televisions, not only in the waiting room, but in my treatment room. I did request that Sarah (my attending hygienist) mute the volume, and she was happy to comply. I realize that some may find a tv as a needed distraction while sitting in a dentist's chair; thus the presumed purpose. Due to the overall favorable impression I have, the tv's are no big deal to me.
