Super nice staff especially the front desk people. If you are use to a luxury dental office this is not the spot for you. Faux tile floors looked dirty scuffed along with the baseboard Someone kept dropping things on the floor behind me and I know they probably weren't going in my mouth but after seeing the floor I was kind of like eew. Chairs are economy kind. Mine was sticky on the arms. I could tell it had been cleaned because it smelled of cleaner. But what ever they are using marks them sticky. Hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Though much rougher than my previous one but I felt like my teeth were cleaner. I guess that's the trade off. Also very fair pricing. So in conclusion staff and pricing are great. Surroundings and cleanliness awful.

Thank you for the partially positive review. Our office closes for a vacation twice a year in December and July at which time the floors are stripped, cleaned and polished to a mirror shine. Based on the timing of your review it appears that you happened to come at the time as far as possible since the previous polish as they currently stand today. In high traffic areas retaining that finish isn't possible forever. My chairs were purchased new in 2005 and since that company no longer exists I am unable to upgrade or repair without closing the office to install new equipment from the bottom up. Many older offices will still be using equipment from the 1970's-80's that is functional. When it comes to the idea of a 'luxury' dental office, please understand that I can spend whatever I want to upgrade my office surroundings to indicate any degree of splendor imaginable. However, any dentist can do this as well and it absolutely in no way indicates the quality of the work done by our staff or myself nor does it indicate the level of experience of said staff. There is something to be said for experience and 'newer' is not an automatic guarantee of 'better'. There is a fairly significant gap in the abilities of dentists across the board between their hand skills, caring, and diagnostic capabilities. These are the important factors when it comes to the quality of care in our patients' mouths. My office has been found to be 100% compliant the the North Carolina Dental Board's sterilization policies. B Devito, DDS
