I had not been back since Dr. Calabrese had retired. It was great to see some familiar faces and also meet the new team. Dr. Horowitz was friendly and professional considering I've been going there for about 30 years. He really respected the Dentists who sold their practice as well as us who have been patients for so long. He was thoughtful with me as he walked me through his recommendations.
I left the appointment feeling a bit more comfortable with a new team. Going forward, I'm very confident things will be great.

Thank You for your feedback. We regret to hear that your experience was unsatisfactory. While much in the world has changed over the last 30 years, we at Brush have worked hard to maintain the positive attributes that have contributed to the long term success of the practice.
Although the practice of dentistry has gotten significantly more expensive over the years, including materials and equipment, we have maintained very similar pricing to our original owners. Our pricing is highly competitive and very average for our area.
While much about the practice is the same, annual x-rays and exams has been introduced to help our patients maintain their dental health. Dentistry has shifted from a more reactive practice to a more proactive and preventive one. Therefore, this change reflects the improvements in science and technology that help us improve the care offered. We would be happy to discuss this further with you.
