We’ve been customers for 10 years for our 4 now 5 children. The staff was so great back when Dr Albert owned it. It’s been a steady slide downhill since then. On our most recent visit, we were told simultaneously that there were no appointments until spring break, but also that we owed $100+ out of pocket (having never paid out of pocket in 10yrs) for an extra visit for our daughter that we never would have scheduled if someone had bothered to tell us. Hopefully our daughters ortho has other providers to recommend.
