Doctors are very caring and take time with patients; however, are not good at time management. I waited for 40 minutes just for a contact fitting and finally had to leave. Then, the forgot to place my orders for contacts and I missed out on using my VSP funds for 2020. Very disappointing! While I was waiting for my contact fitting I watched the eyeglass specialist do an excellent job of working with a young girl and her Mother to find new glasses, she asked excellent questions, and provided honest feedback for considerations to get the best look. She offered excellent customer service!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience at our clinic. My name is Dean Bryan and I am the Owner/Clinic Director of BVA. I apologize for the scheduling issue and delay for your contact lens fitting. Patient flow and scheduling is a constant work in progress and it is something that we discuss with our staff on a regular basis. At times even the best planned patient schedule gets negatively affected by an emergency appointment we have to fit in, or a staff shortage etc. I am very sorry that you ended up waiting for as long as you did as you should have been informed of the delay right away and options should have been presented to you versus leaving you to wait.

As to the ordering of your contacts and your VSP allowance, I can assure you that indeed your allowance has been utilized and your contacts were ordered on 12/28/21. Obviously its looks as though we failed to inform you of this. I have spoken to our contact lens technician and she will be contacting you to see if you have any additional questions. I was extremely happy with the entire staff at T.E.N. Family Dentistry. The hygienist used new techniques (to me) and took care around my sensitive gum areas, very important. I have worked with Athina, the dental assistant for several years. She is professional and caring and seems like family. Dr Rosenvold has recently bought the practice, has taken time to get to know me and has been a pleasure to work with. Lisa, the front office manager, is always there for scheduling, questions and advise. I would highly recommend T.E.N. Family Dentistry.
