My experience at Bay State has been excellent. Everyone including the receptionist was professional and courteous. My therapist listened well to my problems and always asked how I was doing after treatment including since the last visit. She was pleasant and concerned. I would definitely recommend Liz and have even referred my wife see her and she feels the same way about Liz.

I am most pleased with the total experience at this location.

The therapist were all so helpful in giving me care to unlock my frozen shoulder, they also taught me exercise to prevent this painful experience from happening again. Everyone was patient and kind and worked hard to find relief for my pain. I am still recovering and hope to be 100 percent soon.

All my physical therapists at Baystate helped me get better by providing outstanding service, exercises to do at home and in the work place. They encouraged me to reach goals set between myself and the therapists. Everyone at Baystate always had a smile on their face when you walked through the door. They are nice, understanding and I would highly recommend Baystate Physical Therapy.

My experience at Bay State Physical Therapy exceeded my expectations. My physical therapist, Eric Heath, is a knowledgeable, highly skilled, personable young man. His attention to detail and positive encouragement helped me to achieve a good level of range of motion and pain reduction following a motor vehicle accident.

Eric, did a fantastic job. He was friendly, personable and he knows his stuff. The email notification was a great way to help me remember my appointments. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great atmosphere and would recommend anyone to BSPT for their therapy needs.
