I made an appointment for 12pm and they did not call me in until 12:40pm after I complained. They sat me at a chair and I waited another 10 minutes for someone to help me then I had to flag down someone to give me a status. What I was told would be a 30 minute visit became a 2 hour visit. Once I got service, everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the quality of the work but the customer service at the start was incredibly poor.

Keela, the dental hygienist was the most memorable part of the visit. She was very thorough and gave me a daytime and nighttime regimen for the sensitivity I’ve been experiencing. All of the staff was very friendly and pleasant which made for a great visit (especially for someone who is terrified of the dentist). The dentist himself was nice. He was pretty quick with his exam. I spent most of my visit with the hygienist and she was great!

Everything has been great. But PLEASE start sending automated emails for general cleaning reminders, it's a huge feature from a consumer's perspective. Also, online scheduling. There are quite a few platforms that can do this, ZocDoc is one of them. This automation will streamline reminders and appointments for your current patients and help acquire new ones as well.
