Signed up and paid for the weight loss program. Was taken in by the sales pitch. Told friends and family and 2 friends went in as well. All 3 of us were told different information and different prices. Sticking to the plan exactly and making changes based on what the team recommended i have only lost 17 pounds in almost 30 days on the plan. All water weight and giving up soda and coffee creamer. I have been stuck in the same 5 pound weight range for almost 25 days now. Living on 500 to 800 calories per day, giving myself shots, taking other medications, and going into the office for shots once per week plus doing the 30 day ab challenge and walking over a mile per day.. Promised extra energy and i can barely make it through an 8 hour work day without falling asleep at my desk. Different people in the office provide different information on the plan, no one is ever on the same page. The staff is very nice and friendly but everything is about the sale and money. Also went through the consult for the Chiropractic Care which my insurance covers. They did xrays then had me watch a video about what they saw as my "problem" which per 3 other outside doctors is not my issue. The cost out of pocket was over $1700 for the 3 month package. Turns out my real problem with my lower back was a building kidney infection that was not showing any other signs at the time. Finishing out my diet plan with them for the next 60 days but if things dont change or get better i will not go back or recommend them to anyone. To be completely honest they prey on people who are desperate to make a change. I lost over 50 pounds last year on my own, hit a plateau, and nothing i tried was working. Even following their Plateau fix i gained weight (eating only 6 apples a day and drinking nothing but water for one day) i gained weight. I know there are no quick fixes for weight issues. I went in looking for a boost to get back on track not a quick fix. I have another 40 pounds i wanted to lose and have found myself in the same situation i went in with only with less support. Only one person in the office seems to be really trying to help and seems to know the program better than everyone else.instead of having energy, losing weight, and feeling better i spend most days completely exhausted, unable to do for my family like i had in the past, and feeling like a fool for believing the hype and allowing my friends to be taken in by it too. Hopefully the next 60 days goes better. If it does i will modify my post!
