No complaints. Your program delivered as promised. For me the success came from the rapid weight loss. I believe that the difference from other “diet plans” is that in the final phase you inform the patient that this plan involves a life change, to sustain your gains (i.e. weight loss).
I lost weight quickly and it reminded me how miserable I was just a few months ago.. Simple daily tasks were a constant reminder of where I was and how my quality of life had improved so dramatically. Phase 2 was initially difficult, but after a week it became easier. For me portion control and “allowed” foods were eye opening. Protein intake during Phase 4 (and for the rest of my life) is very important.
Staff was very accommodating.
If you are not prepared to look at this program as a life change and NOT a diet, then don’t waste your time and money. I went from 296lbs to 270lbs. My goal is 220.
I’m 54 yrs. old and not big on running. The important thing is to find out what exercise program works best for you.
