While I am happy with the results of my treatments, I have experienced issues with the "customer service and the process" portion of my treatments. So far I have reordered medication twice since beginning treatments with Buckeye Medical. Each time there have been issues in getting my medication and there have been lapses in my normal dosing schedule. Since I am on a prescribed dose, there is no reason why there is not an automated process at Buckeye Medical to ensure that I am contacted and brought in to draw blood in ample time to get the results back and new meds ordered and delivered without experiencing a lapse in treatments. This most recent time I called when I had 2 weeks left and notified Sophie. several days later they called and requested that I stop in for Blood Draw. When I came in I notified the Nurse that I had 1 dose left and she said she would order with Overnight Shipping. A few days later I received a call from Tyler indicating that blood work was good and meds would be ordered. So far I have received Nothing. Now I am 2 days passed my normal dosing schedule. I called and spoke to Sophie again this morning who said that she could tell me nothing because the nurse practitioner is out today and will have to call me back tomorrow to let me know what is going on. These are Hormones that have major affects on ones mood and body if not taken consistently.
