I had a great experience with Budget Brakes on Brainerd Rd. The staff members were friendly and courteous. I also appreciated the technician taking the time to explain exactly what would be needed for my car and being transparent with pricing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes so that is great as well! Great job!

Their customer service is above a 5 star rating. I had been to the HIxson location twice and they were not able to work me in. I went to this location and in less than 1 1/2 hours the job was completed. I had also been told by NTB I needed both front and back brakes replaced. But this company was honest and only replaced the front brakes. WOULD USE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY REFERRED ANOTHER CUSTOMER!

The guys there were so nice and very knowledgeable. They explained everything where I understood and knew what I needed done. I got recommended by family to go here and I now wont go anywhere else.

When I called, Jerry told me to come in right away and they would take care of my leaking brake fluid problem. It was the Saturday before Easter, and I was afraid that the staff wouldn't be able to get me scheduled. Once I got there, it took about 15 minutes to get the estimate, and my car was ready for pickup in just a little over an hour. I was very pleased with the service.

I called without notice early Saturday morning. My request for service was welcomed and within an hour my truck was up and being studied. Then Jerry tactfully gave me the info I knew was coming, I needed some serious work. But he explained what it would take to get the truck safely on the road and what would be needed within a few weeks. By ten o’clock I was back on schedule with new back brakes.I will return to address the front brakes soon, at Budget Brakes Brainerd Road
