The guys working there that I had interaction with, were awesome. Seemed knowledgeable of what they were explaining to me and very courteous.
The reason I gave 4 stars has NOTHING to do with the work or workers, just the SHOCK of what it cost nowadays for a brake job

I had a great experience with Budget Brakes on Brainerd Rd. The staff members were friendly and courteous. I also appreciated the technician taking the time to explain exactly what would be needed for my car and being transparent with pricing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes so that is great as well! Great job!

Their customer service is above a 5 star rating. I had been to the HIxson location twice and they were not able to work me in. I went to this location and in less than 1 1/2 hours the job was completed. I had also been told by NTB I needed both front and back brakes replaced. But this company was honest and only replaced the front brakes. WOULD USE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY REFERRED ANOTHER CUSTOMER!
