They were quick and efficient. I got my brakes done in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

The experience was a little below par. I waited for an hour which is reasonable but when I only got my front brakes done Because they were the worst out of the 4. The back brakes seemed to sound worse than they were before. I was told to give it about 1000 miles and don’t brake too hard. We were going out of town so we had to use them. Brian was nice but I don’t think we will be going back because the job wasn’t Done to our satisfaction.

A friend referred me to this location and I’m glad he did. These guys are great! They do a great job of communicating what the car needs, what they recommend, and how much it will cost. They shoot you straight and won’t try to sell you parts you don’t need. If you need brakes or any other services they offer I highly recommend them.

I don’t not recommend Budget Brakes on Lebanon Pike . They try to get over on people . Beware : if you do not get your vehicle service with them after they do the vehicle inspection they will careless put your car back together and your vehicle will sound and be in worst condition than before .
