I can not express my appreciation for the work and honesty from the Hixson store. I had my front brakes replaced in the fall of 2020 and they were very honest and open and even showed me that I needed more than just basic brakes. This time I had to have my sensors replaced and asked them to check my back brakes. They were very honest and helpful letting me know that my back brakes were good. They sensors were all replaced and set up perfectly. I truly do appreciate how kind they were and the price was all listed out for me.Definitely a return customer as I know that I am getting quality work at a great price.

Thank you budget brakes for my inspection of my brakes I was worried had having my vehicle for 2 years. But budget brakes made me worry free with the free brake inspection I expected to pay for services rendered but they do it for FREE wow that was amazing and thoughtful to care about your customers. Thanks again and look forward to seeing yall in 4 to 6 months.

I visited Budget Brakes (Hixson Pike location) on the 29th of May with the assumption that I would need brakes on my VW Passat. After a check of the existing pads and rotors, I was told that I had approximately 20K miles left on the front and more on the rear pads. This was the third car I have taken there and will return when it is time to do so. I love doing business with honest hard-working people.
