The staff was extremely helpful & very nice!! They took the time to explain everything in detail before servicing my company vehicle & were finished with everything in about an hr!! Over the years I haven't had the best of expericences when it comes to car repairs & auto mechanics. I put off having the brakes replaced on our company vehicle for months because I dreaded dealing with the headache of taking a car to the shop, but thanks to the guys at Budget Brakes in Hixson that's all changed now!! From now on I'll be bringing my car in at the first sign of a possible problem!!

it was a good visit but the parts place kept sending the wrong parts but it was not budget brakes fault all and all was good and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time I have gone to Budget Brakes in Hixson. First time for brakes which I knew needed to be done, but they stated that the back brakes did not need it yet (which I thought they would) so I was impressed with their honesty. Second time I brought in my other car for an alignment and when they finished they drove the car around and parked it inside their garage pointing out to the street since it was raining. They do the work, do it on time, do it correctly, and do it reasonably, could not ask for more.

I can not express my appreciation for the work and honesty from the Hixson store. I had my front brakes replaced in the fall of 2020 and they were very honest and open and even showed me that I needed more than just basic brakes. This time I had to have my sensors replaced and asked them to check my back brakes. They were very honest and helpful letting me know that my back brakes were good. They sensors were all replaced and set up perfectly. I truly do appreciate how kind they were and the price was all listed out for me.Definitely a return customer as I know that I am getting quality work at a great price.
