This place is unprofessional and bad.... I went for brake pads and they installed them Wrong. My car sounded worse when I left than before I took it in. They did not drive my vehicle after they installed the parts wrong, they just left at 5:00. They were supposed to close at 6:30 according to they Budget brakes on memorial. I went to the Budget brakes on Memorial the next morning and they fixed the mistake and my car sounded fine after that. They charge an 80$ service fee as well, I would be okay with this if they did the job right the first time and guaranteed they know what they’re doing. One star...
