I stopped in thinking I needed new brake pads and rotors on the front of my car. They checked them out and told me I definitely do not need new brake pads, but they would turn the rotors which would solve the vibration and pulsing problems that I was having. They could have just as easily replaced everything since I came in saying I needed new brake pads. But they were honest and told me exactly what I needed.

Great guys!! Had bought a pre-owned MB C230 for my son and wanted to make sure it was braking safely. Logan got it in there first thing in the morning and after he drove and inspected it, it was just as I suspected..the rears had never been replaced but the fronts were almost brand new: got me knew rotors and pads at an incredibly reasonable price (was shocked actually with it being German) and I was out the door in about 90 minutes. Will trust these guys for all our vehicles from now on. Thanks so much!!

I wanted to reach out to you and express a big thank you to your staff at budget brakes on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tn for going out of their way yesterday for working on my 2010 Subaru and helping me with a plan to get my rotors replaced next week.

I am currently out of work and my vehicle is vital for me to do Uber eats, doordash until I can find a permanent job.

Bottom line, just wanted to say Thank you, because sometimes it’s the little things that matter. This was not a one time visit to this shop either, this is my second visit here this year with two different vehicles and both visits were greeted with above and beyond service from your staff from Jan 2021 and June 10, 2021.

Just giving credit to where it’s due.
