The team is fantastic,the service is fast,and the pricing is honest. Another mechanic shop tried over charging me and convincing me I needed more than twice the work than I actually did. The guys inspected my car and told me the truth instead of exploiting my lack of car knowledge. Everyone is personable and funny too. I will be using this shop for all of my car maintenance from now on. Thank you all so much!

The store manager Rick was very professional, informative and friendly! His personality is a huge asset to Budget Brakes. He made sure the customer was valued and understood the process of the brake work each vehicle needed.

Im very dissatisfied. I provided my own break pads for my car. All I wanted was to have them installed. I still paid just short of $200 and I just can't understand why. This will be te last time I ever do business there.

Budget brakes is very reasonable when it comes to pricing but timeliness was a different story. I dropped my car off early in the morning to do just front and back brakes on my vehicle and was told it would be an hour in half at the most but actually ended up being 5 hours. I would not recommend them a a speedy service mechanic to go to.
