I was not impressed. 1. The technician gets into my car and leaves. When I asked the other technician where my was at he said that the other technician was test driving it. I was not informed that they had to test drive my car, I never would’ve agreed to that. 2. Their prices were more expensive than what I was quoted at the dealership

Ronney was very helpful and nice. I called prior to coming and asked for a quote.. he told me to bring it so they could complete a free diagnosis! Rodney test drive it but I didn’t see him return .. so I turned around and my car was already being lifted & he said he came back the back way (I’m not from Mobile so I had no idea that was possible lol) I appreciate Ronney working with me as best I can.. The problem is after I left my brakes are still making a squeaky sounds after spending hundreds of dollars. I took my car to 3 other establishments and was told I was overcharged tremendously and my breaks should not be making any sounds after just getting them fixed the same day.. I was also told I need $800 more work done and was told that wasn’t true either I spent my last and the issue isn’t resolved & 3 other professional establishments told me I should’ve never been charged as much as I was.. I’m highly upset & I definitely think this needs to be resolved ASAP!

Ronnie is the best! I would give 10 stars if I could. He was so nice & he even gave me a discount! He literally saved my life and made everything so affordable and easy for me. The waiting time took NO TIME . I highly recommend this place. This will be my new go to for car maintenance! Ronney deserves $10 raise. He even gave me limited warranty on my car.
