Chris provided the ultimate customer service! I called to make an appointment, he was very very courteous and accommodating, I took my car in 30 minutes after my call, and my car was ready in a couple of hours. I know nothing about brakes and pads, Chris was great in explaining how everything works. Excellent service and work at this location. I will be recommending this location to family and friends.

In and out in under 2 hours for a walk in on Saturday. I thought I needed all new brakes. Turned out just needed my rotors turned saving me more money.

The computer system needs a upgrade i say this because upon my visit yesterday i filed a insurance claim to pay for a great portion of my repair during the transition the insurance company sent a link for payment and your system couldn't open the for the credit card payment and also after the repairs where done the was no way to fax or download budget brakes repair information to the insurance company but all my service was awesome and a big thank you for your store manager he was great
