Your crew at mobile hwy is a fine bunch of guys. I came in and had all intentions to get all my brakes fixed. Instead I had to leave the job open for the next time I came in. Three of the rotors were good and the one that was bad was the front driver side rotor which was the problem for addressing my brakes. The main reason for coming to Budget Brakes was that Cory was straight up with me. The job was to replace the front driver side rotor. The job was more than I had expected to pay and I ended up not having the money for the whole job. From the beginning Cory [mgr] had said he would work with me. Of all the rotors the front driver side was the only bad one. Cory let me pay for the job that was done already which was everything but the front driver side rotor. I told Cory that I would be back to get the front driver side rotor fixed the next time. I came back two weeks later and had the front driver side rotor fixed. When I had called the store the very first time I asked Cory if he would match the price on the front driver side rotor and he did in fact do so. Cory stating he would "take care of me" was the deciding factor that brought me to Budget Brakes in the first place. All I had to do was pay for the rest of the job [front driver side rotor] which I had intended to get done in the first place. Zak was the tech on the first job and Brian was the second tech on the second job. Both the techs were honest and professional. I would recommend Budget Brakes to any of my friends and family. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you Budget Brakes for having a great bunch of guys at the Mobile Hwy location in Pensacola Florida.
