Thank you for being so kind to my beautiful rescued girl! She is very timid around men, and you took the time to make sure it was a positive experience for her. I also wanted to say thank you for looking at the future as well as the big picture as to why she was brought in. I have had other experiences where I'm handed antibiotics and sent back out the door. So, I really appreciate your wanted to look at the cause of her intestinal distress.

Teddy loves coming to BMAH because of all the attention he gets. There's NO FEAR at all and everyone there is so good to him. His 2 favorite places - the vet and Petco for spa day. You guys really are great and it's nice to bring him in without him being afraid of what may happen.
