I am very dissappointed with the services lately. The office staff says they will check into questions you have and call you back. However, I never receive a call back. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a crown and was told the lab lost my order. Yet, I believe the office is having cash flow issues and didn't order it. I noticed excellent staff are leaving for positions in other practices. The dental work I've received at this office has always been great, but if the service is not timely and the staff I lke are leaving I may have to look for a different office.

The hygienist was excellent! I had some sore spots and he was very careful to make me comfortable and pain free!

Dr. Fay is a fantastic Dentist. He has completed one implant on me and is going to start another next week. He explains procedures well so I feel confident that I understand exactly what is going to happen. He is friendly and easy to talk to. He is also fantastic at all other dental work. He has done other dental work on me and I have been totally satisfied.
The office staff is also excellent! Issa in the office is friendly and extremely efficient at solving problems!I I also love that I get text messages and emails to remind me of my appointments. I've been extremely happy since coming to Bullard Dental!

I chose Implant Fresno as in my research I found he is the only Dual specialist in Implant and Prosthodontics in Central valley and surrounding area. The staff is very friendly efficient. The office was clean and had a nice and welcoming environment. Dr. Fay was earnest and upfront regarding the procedure I would need regarding the process and cost. I was immediately put at ease. The staff was helpful in going over the different payment options they provide and knowledgeable as to what my insurance would cover. I received 5 implants and I was pleasantly surprised as how little pain or discomfort I had during the implant procedures I received. I strongly recommend Dr. Fay to anyone who needs expert and caring dental work.
