Most people have dental fears, I have extreme childhood dental abuse issues along with two severe traumatic brain injuries. Being too afraid to walk into a clinic most my adult life, my teeth are in horrible shape. I didn't want to go..... but they have caused me pain for years.
When I called for an appoint, the receptionist was SO kind and sensitive we spoke for ten minutes while she answered all my questions, assuring me I was in the right place. When I arrived at my appointment, I KNEW I was going to be okay.
Through their Covid masks, employees were happy. It's clean, accessible for disabled individuals and a "feel good" kind of place.
My teeth were x rayed, examined by Dr. Lee and then cleaned by the Dental Hygienist. Through this process, tears ran down my cheeks as they consoled me with the kindest words. My treatment plan was printed out before I left, complete with cost which was extremely reasonable.
I have to go back for many, many appointments. I am looking forward to going. Really. Because, when you find a group of people like this, you just want to stick around.
