Quick response on my arrival and exam time was also efficient, completed in 30 minutes or so. Only wish I could have met the Doctor/Vet as this was our first visit with the new Team and we only spoke on the phone due to no entry policy with remodeling /construction ongoing. Haven’t yet received my receipt or rabies certificate since the printer was down: awaiting email.

Despite construction my appointment was on time. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to the pets. I have a behavioral issue with my dog. Dr Gardiner spent a long time talking with me about the issue. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

This vet has always been great but I’m very disappointed that we still can’t go in with our pets. My dog gets extremely anxious without me and the exam can’t be completed. If I was with him, he’d be calm and compliant.

Will change vets if the policy doesn’t change soon.

My dog is so anxious and dislikes strangers, nevermind the Veterinarian. He has not had a full physical work up since COVID, he has had his shots and preventative things, but because of his crazy the past 3 years did not work well for him. We got a last minute appointment due to a cancellation and it was so worth it. The Vet was amazing with him. He didn't bark once, didn't try to scare them away. She was so thorough with him, even though he was there for an allergy shot and a stomach issue. She gave him a complete physical work up and listened, gave good advice, and was just all around wonderful with my giant boy. At one point in time she was literally rolling on the floor underneath him to get a full idea of how his health and body was. The Vet that worked on Brew on Friday was a floating Vet, but I will be hoping she floats in every time he needs to see someone! Thank you - best Visit in 3+ years since Dr. Mead left and COVID hit.
