I recently purchased a pr of new glasses and when I got them home and looked closely at them there was scratched off metal on the frame. I took them back the next business day and wanted a full refund since I did not want to reorder the same frames again if they scratched so easily and they did not have any frames that I wanted. I was told that I would be charged aprox. $100 for a restocking fee or lab fee for the lenses. I did not feel that was fare since it was not my fault that the frames were faulty and the lenses could not be used again. Even if I exchanged them at that time I would still be charged aprox $75 lab fee for the lenses. I did not want to pay that fee so continued to checking with them for new styles for many weeks I finally chose a pair I liked and after continuing to complain re:the fee they finally split it with me and I was charged around $40. I felt that I should not have been charged anything except the difference in the price of the new frame. I felt that was bad business practice for receiving damaged goods.

I am sorry that your experience in our office left you disappointed. We have placed a credit on your account for the $37.50 that you paid for the frame restyle. We have also made a note regarding the defective paint on the original pair of frames that you purchased so that no other patient will experience the disappointment that you encountered. We value you as our patient and we appreciate your feedback.
