I trust the staff and mechanics at Bussard's, which is why I travel from the City of Coachella to Los Angeles, over 130 miles one way, to maintain & repair my vehicle, a 2005 Honda Civic. Their service is remarkably OUTSTANDING! And, I'll repeat myself: I TRUST THEIR WORK & RECOMMENDATIONS. I've been a customer for at least 15 years.

First time coming and had to get some serious work done including clutch replacement. They did an incredibly thorough job and even found an oil leak. Really appreciated the phone calls and updates. First visit with Bussard's All-Pro Inc. Was sick of the way the Subaru dealerships as a whole did not offer true service to my vehicle, although they charged me as if they did. It was not just one but rather 3. I would have to say the Santa Monica Subaru was the most offensive with their inattentive nature to service. I don't have many miles on the vehicle, but it was truly ignored for the service visits that were "supposed" to be complete and paid for.

Wonderful experience at Bussard's, they were professional and gave you a reminder call. They are pretty far from my residence but after they serviced my car it was worth it. I would travel farther for competent mechanics who give you 110% then somewhere convenient where you get the run around. On multiple occasions I had to return the vehicle the next day for work that was supposed to be done the first visit. So annoying

Lastly, the work done on the vehicle at Bussard's was excellent, not only did they do a complete service they also provided tire service where they actually had my tires delivered, they balanced and rotated while I waited and made sure my car was road worthy knowing we had to take the vehicle to Arizona the next day to take my daughter to urgent care. I never write reviews, but these people are amazing and deserve recognition for "old school" exceptionalism seldom seen these days.
