I am a healthcare executive and strive for my staff members to always exhibit service excellence and I expect this in return from any provider that I follow with. That is exactly what I received from all the staff at Butler Family Dentistry. From the receptionist, the hygienist, the assistant and Dr. Butler I was pleased every step of the way. They explained what they were doing, what was going to happen, reviewed results, explored treatment options and plan formulation. I had much reservation of changing dentist after 21 years with the same dental provider in another state. However, I must say I am even more pleased and comforted to know that top notch service is available within a brief walk of my home.
