Although every doctor we have seen and the time and attention they spend with us and our pets has been fabulous, every time we have an appointment we have to wait a very long time. This last visit was an hour, and we didn't get called in until we complained. My dog is very anxious and the time in the waiting room is very disturbing for him. And when you call in for an appointment, you are immediately put on "hold" for an extended period of time. So watching while in the waiting room, one of the staff would answer the phone and place it on hold, and continue doing paperwork. She was not on another call nor helping other patrons. And she did it over and over again. These great doctors need better support staff, or the support staff need more training!

The doctor was great once we saw her. The problem was it was 50 minutes after our appointment time

I scheduled an appointment online, only needed a check and a vaccine. I still had to wait an hour? I just don't get it. Everyone is nice, but they emailed me to make an appointment, they wanted me to do it online.... after the initial check in I had to go and ask for the vaccine, because I was waiting in the room for so long. My dog was shaking and hatest it there. Efficiency would be nice.

I have a 3 1/2lb Morkie and she has always received wonderful care at Butterfield Stage. I would highly recommend any of the Vets here.

Much better front desk experience yesterday. All three staff members were very attentive. It seems that since moving the office the staff has been too busy making for poor customer experience.

We were very pleased with the service we -- and our dog, Charlie - received. The Vet and assistant were gentle, caring, and understanding, and provided us with a thorough explanation of the options available to us.. We are very pleased that we hose to come here.
