Today we saw Dr. Fox and like all the Veterinarians we have seen here he was great. I would highly recommend Butterfield Stage Vets to anyone.

I love Butterfield Animal Hospital and will only use them as my veterinarian, however in my many years of coming to them I experienced my first "less than perfect" visit. Everyone has always gone above and beyond and the customer service is never less than perfect aside from this visit. I came in to purchase food for my cat and requested 6 cans of C/D in 4 different flavors, the receptionist, Sarah helping me went to the back and came back up front with 4 flavors, but only 4 cans of each. I stated I wanted 6 and she argued with me saying I only asked for 4 of each. She didn't offer to go get 2 more of each flavor and proceeded to check me out. Between the fact she argued what I requested and not offering to go get more I felt the need to contact the office as well as post this as a review. I spoke with the supervisor and I know the matter will be addressed and will not happen again. No matter where you go there will always be pros and cons, Butterfield's pros outweigh any cons and always will because they take action to correct any dissatisfied clients. They are truly there for your pet and their customer service is out of this world.

They were kind and caring of my dog. They were clean and friendly and did not over price as so many vets do today. I was so happy to have found such a great Vet. and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a really good vet.
