Very good overall experience. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable; however, called my female dog, "he" and "him" which told me that he didn't review her paperwork prior to the appointment. I understand they can be busy but it just seemed like he wasn't prepared.

The doctor took time to answer all of my questions about having a new puppy. And the staff is very friendly. Especially the tech who showed a lot of love to my scared little girl.
