I wouldn't take my kitties anywhere else. Everyone I've had contact with (vets, techs, receptionists) has always been so friendly, and always has the time to answer questions. I've never felt rushed. They really care about your pet.

Jayme had an allergic reaction to her rabies shot, and dr Fraser not only answered my call after hours but had us come right back in! I am so thankful he was willing to make Jayme feel better, I was incredibly worried. He even offered for me to drop her off the following day to keep an eye on her if I couldn't stay home from work! Everyone at this facility is outstanding.
