I have been going to C2028 for years and have always liked the care I get there. However communication within the office and from staff to customers can be frustrating.
They frequently don't return calls, don't call at all when a prescription is ready, or lose things. Different staff members provide conflicting information.
Even Doctor Poon himself: last year I had an eye problem that an ophthalmologist thought could be caused by my contacts. I emailed back and forth with Doctor Poon for several days and then he told me I should come in. The day of my appointment he had his staff call me to tell me I wasn't yet due for an exam and ask why I'd scheduled one. It's just weird really.
