The service is very thoughtful and thorough, and the space is beautiful. In my humble opinion, this shop could be the best one in the east bay, but right now they are only 80% of the way there. The decor is cool, sleek, and modern. The selection of frames is current and well varied. The only aspect that detracts from this great start is that the examination spaces and the 'back of house' counters, etc. are somewhat cluttered and seem a little disorganized. The sleek, euro feel is somewhat diminished by what feels like a home that hasn't been tended to for a week or two. Otherwise, this place is great.

On the other hand, we are totally guilty on the clutter in the back office right now as we are in the middle of updating all our patients' files from the past four years. It's been a lot of hard work but we are almost done (we worked from "A" up to "T" so far in the past 6 wks). We hope that you will get an even better experience next time.

Had a bit of an emergency issue and was able to come in right away. Doctor was attentive and empathetic. Receptionist/Carmen was wonderful as always. It is always nice to come into an office and see a friendly face.

Dr. Poon and his staff are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Poon listens to what you say and gives options for solving eye issues until he finds the best fit for you.
