The doctor was very good, but the secretary and the two LPNs that were standing in the front were loud and irritating to the ears. When signing in, it was like I was invisible. They were laughing and talking so loud, so I signed in and turned to go sit down since they behaved like they did not see me (the only person in the waiting room). When I turned to sit then the secretary asked do you have an appointment, really.
Good customer service would be to greet the person first, get their name, and then go from there. It is unfortunate providers are not aware of how patients are treated when they first arrive. The front desk sets the tone for the rest of the office, I will mostly likely transfer.
