Caldwell Dental has some major problems. First, they only have two hygienist, both are too talkative, and not effective. One talks non-stop and stops working cleaning my teeth while she talks, that's the worst, and she's too rough on my teeth. In all my 50+ years of Dental cleanings every 6 months, she's the worst I've had, my pain lasted a few days after her cleaning. The other hygenists is also very slow, stops working to talk about nonsense, but barely cleaned deeply and forgot the floss at the end of my cleaning so I had the grout like paste in my mouth when I left.I told her and she said there was water by the door and flossing wasn't necessary to do after each cleaning. It was a worthless experience. I called them for a fax I needed. I left a voicemail message on their lunchtime voice message but never heard back. This is the NORM for their office. Even a simple fax that I needed took over 10 calls back and forth and even then it was sent incorrectly. Lastly, Dr.Caldwell,Ty, likes things to be done one way and his way. Only. He won't hear of new ways or other options, he's very outdated ignorant old schooled in a modern time. Not cohesive. He is unable to compromise, he is pushy, but mostly he is unable to communicate clearly and effectively. I asked him very detailed questions and told him I needed a yes or no answer to which I received long boring stories told more than one time. I needed honest straight answers that I could have trusted. Also, with the half dozen or so front office workers chatting about, it's a wonder why they can't stagger their lunch time so one staff can be by the phones to pick up. They need to change their schedule ASAP to show when they're open and remove the hour &15 minutes daily for lunch.They ALL close for lunch and don't call you back if you leave a message. Shameful, unprofessional, I am clueless how this office has survived up until this point. No wonder they're not on Yelp.
