Who is this "super doc"? Took my chi in for cardiac ultrasound, I admit I was apprehensive but he quickly put my mind at ease. Dr. Van Niekerk is seriously the most gentle and caring vet. Must also give kudos to Sara for her kind and gentle care of my baby.

The male vet (young guy) I had last night was really unprofessional. He was making jokes about the animal who was clearly in a lot of distress. The charges for the tests went up by $100 over night and he said he didnt know what tests the vet the night before was going to take. There were 3 test.... remove each one till it's $100 less it's not rocket science. The vet was providing test results in front of the entire waiting room...I'm sorry but no one else needs to know my business. He was also rude to a customer who asked him to explain subcutaneously tissue and the customer asked him to write down the explanation of what he was to do for his dog. The vets reply was I could but it's simple. The guy asked him again to write down the instructions he said again I guess I can just to make it crystal clear for you. These people are in stressful situations and might not remember what he tells them. That vet was a huge gerk and needs a serious lesson on how to treat people.
