I cme here due to fact I was having problems with another provider pertaing to my prescription, for my eye. When I called Dr Kurteeva office I told them all how eggravated I was with the other provider and how many times the prescription was mishandled. I also made a point of having my records, tests and all data be transferred to Dr Kurteeva office so she could read them. Last week when I go in for appointment it was very brief exam, and I felt she never read my prior records she kept looking at them while I was there but I kept explainig what's gone on in my prior visits to the other provider.
Then when I go to the pharmacy to pick up my refill and get home i see instructions are for me to apply to BOTH eyes. I never neede to place in both only ONE eye. I called the pharmacy they checkd and said yes one eye, the instructions from Dr Kurteeva office are incorrect, and the pharmacist said she would attempt to contact Dr Kurteeva office to get it corrected, said I should just use in one eye as I have in past.
I said I am very particuliar what I take, and do not tolerate mistakes with my health! The pharmacist agreed, and said yes you need to know what you are putting in your body.
After I told them on my consultation visit how disgusted I was with the prior providers mistakes now I feel they are no better.
Difficult to trust these people, seems everything is hurray up and not really very precise in what they do.
