I feel your office is highly knowledgable and reputable but could work on customer service. I often feel rushed during my appointment. No one will ask me if I have any questions or take time to explain more thoroughly, whether it be about the next steps of care or minor details such as how long an order will take. But billing is on top of it! My solution: I would like to continue being seen here, I just have to be prepared so thst I have all my questions answered before the end of the appointment.

Basically, I had an initial visit and didn't feel my concern were adequately addressed. As what is so often the case with visits to a doctor, there's not much that can be discussed in 10 minutes or less. Also, I don't think it's always a positive when they've been in practice for decades as longevity does not equal skill and compassion. No, I would not recommend this doctor, and I will not return for follow-up.

Doctor DiGiacomo is a stand up professional and a great guy. His staff members are ready to assist but they won't rush ya and his office has a friendly feel, welcoming approach.

I have been a patient of Dr. DiGiacomo for several years for my feet issues. He is kind, caring, and professional. I have been very satisfied with his care. My only criticism is that his office is so busy that I often have to wait to be seen.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. My appointment started almost an hour after it was scheduled. Despite that, I had a good experience so that outweighed the inconvenience.

I was in pain when I went to the office with one of my toes I already knew the condition of my feet I have hammer toe and I needed Orthotics I expected the doctor to do work on my feet such as a pedicure manicure something he did nothing but tell me what I already knew and give me a thumbs up like he did something at the visit I was very disappointed in the fact that he did not show me how to care for my feet properly I have never been to a podiatrist in my life I expected more than a thumbs up
