My Panamara Porsche died on the freeway; had it towed to Drive. Brian told me I had big problem with the engine but rather than trying to sell me on replacing it, he did some research and found the problem was due to a recall on my model. He helped me with the service man at Porsche and recommended I take it there for them to take care of recall issue. Honest, honest, honest. Thumbs up!!!
Oh these guys are good.. I mean amazingly good! Let’s start with I’m a short blond female with a first generation 4runner. 1988 to be exact, also means she’s always a “work in progress” Which some mechanic’s would see dollar signs when I walk in. Not at Drive. I referred by good friend Karin, and I will tell you what I am so glad she did! They inspected my car, Brisn & I talked about what was necessary and what wasn’t. I had bilstien shocks installed, the steering linkage replaced and my front brake caliper was seized so that got replaced as well (amongst other things) I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and it was done by closing Friday. Outstanding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Drive Auto. They are honest, friendly, fast and thorough. I love this truck and plan on having it for many years to come. Let’s put it this way... they just didn’t “fix” my truck, they took care of my truck. They have a customer for life.
Buying a used car for my daughter. Brought it to Drive for a pre purchase inspection and they really went through it in detail. Now I know the flaws and can offer appropriately. More importantly, I know what it cost to make it safe for our new driver. I watched them put it on the lift and go through it. Then they brought it down, checked all lights and signals and took it for a test drive. A full hour inspection for a very fair price. Great service.
