Looks like patient time is not valued. Very long wait time; took almost 40mins to get started. Was scheduled for both filling and deep cleaning. Due to delay, Dr Sandhu pushed out the filling to a later appointment. Very disappointed since I need to plan againn when it could be taken care earlier.

As I had explained that its always recommended to have the Deep cleaning on the first visit followed by the fillings on the second visit as the gums bleed after the deep cleaning and can effect the quality of White fillings . It was not the time constraint which was the reason for scheduling your next appointment for the fillings but the bleeding which was happening after the deep cleaning. It is always a pleasure to see you in our practice. We shall make sure to have you come back for your fillings on the next appointment with out any wait time. Thank you
