My visit was wonderful. The dr spent plenty of time with us and listened and addressed all of my concerns with Zoe! She was very gentle and caring which is always the experience you should have when it comes to your 4 legged family members!!!
We are new to Tennessee and until finding Callahan Drive Animal Hospital I seriously thought I was going to have to drive back home to Indiana for our special needs cat. It's was like our old family vet. I would highly recommended giving them a visit and making it your pet's place. Definitely worth the hour drive .
I was very happy with the attention the staff gave Dasiy. Dasiy takes time to warm up to people. But sge had no problem warming you to the staff. We will use Callahan Animal Hospital for all our pet needs. Thank you
Why is there not an option for half a star?? Well, I must say that I had a very unsatisfactory and a very unpleasant experience at this dental office and especially with Dr.Evans herself! I would most definitely NOT recommend Dr.Evans and this office to anyone who is seeking a kind and a compassionate and professional dentist and staff to make them feel comfortable about the uncomfortable experience we must all face when seeing a dentist.The ONLY person who made me feel welcome and comfortable at this office was one of the dental hygienists, which I believe was her title. She was an older lady but I do not recall what her name was. She was very sweet and very kind and treated me with respect and gave me much information about the condition of my teeth and she also provided me with much helpful information about how to attain better and more proper dental hygiene. My experience with the rest of the staff there was that there were just there to clock in, do a few things require do their job but Skip and ignored the most important and necessary elements of their required tasks, get paid and clock out. Their concern was definitely not about me as a patient and and providing me with the care I deserved for the compensation which they received for me in return. I must say that is a very unfair and when I gave them my money I expected quality and exceptional service in return. To be honest I really believe they should be required to refund me a partial amount of my money for all of the things that failed to do and neglected to do which they were required to do and when necessary to do for me as a patient in their office which unfortunately has created much hardship and barriers to me obtaining what I really needed while I was there each and every single time. I know this is wishful thinking but I'm just trying to make a point. I mean God forbid to ask these people to either contact your insurance company or an oral surgeon then I want to send you two to make an appointment for you because I'm telling you dialing those numbers with your fingertips is very difficult for these people. Oh, let's not forget the effort needed in relaying a message with their mouths which requires movement of their mouth and tongue and speech produced over telephone to relay a simple message of hey please schedule this appointment for so and so and so on. I don't know how that woman stays in business but I'm not surprised that most of her patients where monks the elderly and I won't be surprised if many of them have dementia and forget when they are mistreated to speak up and defend themselves against inappropriate conduct by the staff especially the dentist herself. My comment at the beginning of this paragraph where I stated my experience was very unsatisfactory and very unpleasant mostly pertains to the dentist, Dr. Evans herself. On my very first day at the office, when Dr. Evans first came into the exam room where I was seated and waiting to be seen by her, this is what occurred. When she entered the exam room I was in, she came in and did not greet me or bothered introducing herself to me nor did she make any eye contact with me. She did not even ask me why I was there or what she could possibly do for me and mainly stared at the computer screen in front of her that shows a x-ray of my teeth and the structure of them. The most amusing part is that she do not even really even try to hide the fact that she was being very inconsiderate, unprofessional and just plain rude. I will describe her as one of those individuals who has gradually with time acclimated and habituated to treating others on kindly in harshly and with neglect and sort of like a person with traits of narcissistic personality disorder does. Once a person becomes acclimated to treating others with disrespect and ruthlessness if it comes so natural to them that they can't see what they're doing is wrong so they have no way of correcting their behavior and changing their ways in order to become a better person and not do it again. That is how I felt about Dr. Evans while I was there. Oh, and by the way she definitely was not trying to conceal her persona as a very arrogant and self- absorbed individual whose main goal with her patients was to get as much money out of them as she possibly could even if that meant coercing and manipulating her patients by making them believe and think they required certain additional dental procedures which were not necessary or required just so she could make extra money and increase her profits. She was the first dentist I have ever come across who did not warn me of the fact that she was going to sting me with the needle which contains the anesthesia to numb my mouth before she actually injected it. She gave me absolutely no warning and it scared the living hell out of me! I mean I really had no idea that's what she was doing. I will say one more thing and then I will conclude with my review. If a dentist tells you that extracting one of your front teeth weather on top or bottom will not be noticed by other people when they look at you and when you smile and that it will not affect your physical appearance in a negative way causing you to feel self-conscious and unattractive to others and you don't think twice about her motives then I feel very sorry for that person because they will be taken advantage of and not even realize it and just happens with many people because many people believe everything the doctor tells them to and it's very sad and I sure hope that this is not happen to anybody in her office and in her presence. Everytime we have our car serviced at PALS, we are always satisfied. This time was no different, they pick up our car on time and return it clean.
