The office is clean, quiet and orderly. Dr. Callender's staff has amazing customer service skills. The professionalism is top notch and very much appreciated. The wait time is very reasonable and everything seems to run very efficiently. Dr. Callender is thoughtful and knowledgeable which I certainly appreciate. She explains the process and the actions as she performing them. She and her staff will make me a returning patient, and I will refer every one that I know.
Really nice office and staff, however, I have to google in order to get extensive instruction on how I should care for more skin post peel rather than the physician telling me. They do give you a sheet with instructions but after doing some research on my own I learned there were many things I could have been doing and not doing to help my skin heal better. I should not have to use google to get post peel instructions.
Have you ever forgotten why you stop going to a particular Dr. office? Then you arrive and remember why! The front office here is very unwelcoming. They make you feel as though you’re disturbing their workday and interrupting tasks. I just don’t get this behavior in this industry. My best experience was with the triage nurse, outstanding! Simple things such as a smile, direct eye contact and engaging conversation. I’ve never had a issue with the nurses at this location. Unfortunately, the poor service experience out weighs the advantages of meeting with the doctors. #servicematters

I love and enjoy Dr. Young's presence. She is so bubbly and just an overall joy. She is always smiling and happy. She gave me alternatives to how to take care of my skin and has a plethora of knowledge. I would definitely recommend her services.
