We were thankful our septic tank was pumped out quickly (within 2 days of calling). And, Jerry was a very nice and helpful person.
Later, we spoke with Greg about possible problems we could have and possible solutions. We appreciate his time and call back to
answer our questions. We are awaiting the next step which is to have Greg and Wayne come out to do a perk test and evaluate what
is going on with our broken system.

When they arrived they were very concerned about leaving the trucks on the road, which I thought was very considerate since I live on a very busy road. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of my septic problem. I have been with Aalco for years and I am very happy with them, especially their Customer Service.
