I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule the service and the positive attitude of the service advisor I spoke to over the phone. He assured me that Calvert’s could service my car. At the garage, the receptionist Lisa was upbeat, accommodating, and cheerful. My car was ready for me to pick up st a convenient time and the cost easy on my wallet.

We apologize that you had a negative experience. Although it is possible that the issue with the headlamp and taillamps that needed new bulbs were missed when you came in for your first visit on 04/01, it is just as likely that they were all functioning properly at that time. When you returned on 4/12 these additional issues were identified which were included it the items which resulted in a failed state inspection. As with all state inspections, you are eligible for a free re-inspect, provided the issues are resolved, within 20 days of the initial inspection.

Although we do our best to resolve any issue, your vehicle reported 10 different diagnostic codes, some of which the technician believed would be best resolved with a dealership's specialized equipment. Because we were unable to determine what was causing your issues, you were not charged for the diagnostic testing. We are glad to hear the dealership was able to resolve your issue.

I just want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the entire staff at Rockhill Pet Clinic, and especially for Debbie, our nurse. She takes such good care of Buddy, our cat! Every time we bring him in for an appointment, she always follows up promptly the next day with an email or phone call to check on him and make sure he's doing okay. We had an appointment for a fasting blood draw for labs at 0730 one morning; I arrived early and checked at the front desk just to see if it would be possible to get him in so then I could take him back home and feed him. Debbie was up at the front and immediately took Buddy back into the clinic; within a few minutes, his blood was drawn and he was ready to go home! I know he appreciated the speedy service, and I did, too. I've written rave reviews about Dr Miller, and this time I wanted to highlight what a great provider Debbie is. Many, MANY thanks for her obvious care for her clients and her attention to detail, always making sure that the clinic has done everything they can, every time. Hurray for Debbie! (By the way, I tried editing my review on Google to add this information to it, but I've already posted so many rave reviews for everyone at Rockhill that I'm at my "character limit" and can't add to my review.
