It’s been a while but I brought my truck in because it was running rough, sounded like wasn’t getting enough gas. You all cleaned everything up with the injection system but said there was a part that I really needed to replace. Since I live in Houston I decided to drive home to let my mechanic check it out. Oh, yes the truck did run better but still not running correctly. I replaced the part you all said I needed. Made no difference at all. When I took it to my mechanic he checked the gas line right off the bat. Determined quickly I wasn’t getting enough gas from my pump. Replaced gas pump then my truck ran great. He showed my the instrument he was using to determine the problem while testing system. This is something I believe you all should have been able to do. Everyone at this store seemed in a hurry. I don’t believe I received the due diligence I should have received.

Cambridge Auto Center contacted me after my last poor review of their business that charged me A/C Kit which I stated did not exist. The Cambridge representative stated to me that there was a A/C Kit and the service manager that over saw my service there has been replaced. He also told me I was accidently charged twice for the A/C Kit. When he asked me if I wanted him to send me a check for the mistake I told him I did not care what he did and that I would not take a little red wagon in there after what their mechanics done to my truck. I have not received any thing form Cambridge sense that last conversation. I gave up looking for a check in the mail after a couple of weeks. I guess Cambridge knows that they have loss my business so why should Cambridge refund money to a loss customer even though it is the right thing to do. THANK YOU CAMBRIDGE AUTO ......NOT

Lost the fuel pump on my Tahoe.

Cambridge had the Hertz rental there ten minutes after AAA dropped me off at 5:25 PM.

I have been using Cambridge for over over seven years now even though I live an hour's drive away.

Like their warranty, on everything they do, and the people.

Cambridge auto I consider them as a thief. They replaced my a/c system one part at a time and charged me for each part of system. Example there was a a/c freon leak and they said the hoses needed to be replaced. Then Cambridge said the compressor should be replaced. It went like that till the whole system was replaced and still did not cool on a hot day. I took it back told them it was not cooling on hot days. They then without calling me to inform me of a $400.00 charge said they put a a/c kit in. When i asked what is a A/C kit had no response other than the 400.00 charge. With labor cost me over $725.00 on a WHOLE A/C I HAD ALREADY PAID TO REPLACE!!!

I'm still wondering what a A/C KIT is other than $400.00.

I came in for a diagnostics and Dwayne took care of me. After some back and forth arguing with autozone regarding my alternator, I finally got a new one and the problem was fixed. Its a good thing to know that there is a mechanic I can trust. Thanks.
