First time client. Megan did a great job on my cut and color. Megan fixed my uneven layers and my hair feels great. The salon carries a full inventory of Aveda products and all the stylist were friendly.

Julie cut my hair and cut 2 inches off all over. I asked for a long layer for my longer than shoulder length hair. I walked out of there with the SHORTEST haircut I've had since I was a child!!! Even though I called her to discuss this, she denied the amount she cut. I wear this hair every second of every day, and have plenty of pictures of how long it was before Julie got hold of it. I am very upset and disgusted that I now have short hair and it looks just stupid and nothing like I had requested. I have had longer than shoulder length hair for many many years and she cut all my hair in short layers. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair cut and she wasn't honest about what she did or sorry at all. I also got no offer of money back and she told me she'd call me in a few days to see how I was doing, but never called back.
