Excellent Dr, staff and clinic. The only vet I have been to who has ever taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and allow time for all of my questions. They never recommend un-needed procedures and are up front about what procedures should be done. They put up with my extremely difficult dog and treat him like family. I highly recommend them!

This is my favorite place to take my fur babies. I took my new puppy to get screened and vaccinated and she loved it. She literally fell asleep on the doc's arms. Amazing service and staff. Its a wonderful place.

I am always happy with the level of service I receive from Camino Animal Clinic. They saved my dogs life and continue to love her each and every time I come in. Highly recommend them.

I recently took my cat to the Camino Animal Clinic to establish care. Dr. Hall was great with my cat and very clear/informative with respect to her treatment plan. The entire office staff was very kind and helpful as well!

The staff at the clinic is always wonderful. Unfortunately the 35 minute wait to see the doctor was a bit too long. We were at the office for a total of 1 hour, 10 minutes. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the meds before we left.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, we dealt with a number of intense cases yesterday morning that put us behind schedule and while you were waiting for meds, a respiratory emergency showed up and we sometimes have to triage what we're doing to ensure lives are saved.

Care is good, but customer service has been declining. The last wait time was almost an hour, despite an appointment. In addition, the office has been acquired by a national veterinary chain and is implementing unfriendly customer policies, such as demanding payment from the customer up front even when covered by veterinary insurance. Thus they get their money up front, and offload claims submission and paperwork to the customer. Pet care is bound to be negatively affected by this change, as insurance is paid each month, plus customer will face charges into the hundreds of dollars at point of service, and then have to submit paperwork for claims. A giant step backwards. I will by much more likely to now find a cheaper clinic and one more convenient.

I love how the staff and doctors treat my doggie like she is their only customer. They are great.
