Matt Price was my service technician and he is the one that provided the great service. He developed a great rapport right off the bat and then he did a very good job of explaining all he had done and the condition of several key components of our system. (This was just an AC season check up). He appeared very knowledgeable of the various system components as I asked about the condition of my unit. I

made mention that the last time we had a check the tech stated he needed to replace some wires on the heating strips because they had burned or melted at the connection. I was a bit surprised since my entire unit you installed was less than two years old. Matt double checked those items upon me telling him this and he found no indication of wires being replaced. In other words they were just like they came from factory. I certainly hope there is not a practice of receiving manufacturing money for false claims during the warranty period. It happens as I am familiar with the industry. This would be disappointing to discover.

I am still disappointed in the company in that there seems to be a strong culture of up selling additional products and services. Mattt handled this well and did his company part, but it is not appealing especially when I installed an entire new system two years ago.

The system that was installed in our home is very loud, resulting in me getting a headache each time it is on. I had asked for something to come out and examine it , which they did, however, they in term suppose to have gotten a price on removing it to the attic. NO RESPONSE. Perhaps, we should get the original one back.

C&C Myers has been my provider for many years. C&C provided excellent service and installed a new unit before it became C&C Myers. I am very, very pleased with the service. I like haveing Mel come here so that I have continuity. He speaks well for your company and, at the same time, is very considerate to me. This area needs more professionals like him.

I have always found them to be professional, friendly, honest and responsive. When I've needed service they respond quickly, though the regular maintenance they provide was so important in keeping my heating/ac unit working well long passed its expected life. I have always received as much information as I needed when making any decisions and the technician has always makes sure that I understand clearly what is being explained so that I am confident that the choices I make are the right ones for me. Wouldn't think about using any other service.
